-Extended hotkey support for bars and items
-Hotkeys can be normal key combo's, the Windows key, or the Windows key + another.
-Bars responding to hotkeys can be made hidden until their hotkey is pressed,
and can also optionally be moved to cursor's position when re-shown.
-Skin choosing put into its own dialog. A bar's config dialog has been
simplified to just list the skin name & a "Change Skin" button.
-"Use WindowBlinds Skin" functionality now easily selectable when choosing
skin for a bar. Now the option is right under "Use Skin From This Theme" / "Other Theme", etc.
-For files in folder sections, right-click menus now have all ObjectBar
related commands (e.g. Close Bar, Refresh folder, etc etc) in a
submenu "ObjectBar..."
-Ability added to add items to bar without having section selected
(a new section is created for the item)
-Sizing & Positioning config dialog for bars simplified, advanced options
only needed when newly creating a bar moved into dialog accessed by button there.
